I would like to introduce you to Sundre Petroleum Operators Group (SPOG) and the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB) and the relationship between them. The ERCB is the primary regulator of the upstream oil and gas industry. We define upstream oil and gas as the wells, pipelines, and facilities involved in the production and separation of oil and gas. It does not include refineries, service stations and the like.
